What's your IQ ?

Congratulations, Anuar!
Your IQ score is 138
This number is based on a scientific formula that compares how many questions you answered correctly on the Classic IQ Test relative to others.

Your Intellectual Type is Visual Mathematician. This means you are gifted at spotting patterns — both in pictures and in numbers. These talents combined with your overall high intelligence make you good at understanding the big picture, which is why people trust your instincts and turn to you for direction — especially in the workplace. And that's just some of what we know about you from your test results.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hehe that's the result of mine after taking the Tickle Test. Why don't you try..give it some shot boy. FYI getting 140 of IQ score means you are genius. Hey i got 138 which means i qualify as a member of MENSA...eventhough i myself quite doubt about that !!

The sickening mental tiredness of waiting..

    Hi guys,

Guess where am i now? Yup right now i am standing just in front of this so called Stand Information booth, such an appliance that enable any of us surfing the internet for free. Just outside there of the big screen window 10 meters in front of me, is clearly visible the long track for the aircraft to touch down and take-off at this first of its kind in the world, Kansai International Airport.

Boy, it's already 3.30 p.m yet i am still stranded here for the god sake. So what on earth am i doing here? I should board into the flight 5 hours ago, shouldn't i? Yeah you damn right..but you see, even in the modern and sophisticated world which equipped with those high-tech stuff we are living nowadays, sometimes good time is not always on your side. You still can't predict what is belaying in front. Life is like a box of chocolate boy? There you go..my flight MH053 which supposed to depart at 11:30 am has been delayed until 5.30 pm. God that's 5 hours late! Then if departed on 5:30 pm, i am scheduled to arrive at the hotel probably at midnight 12:00 am. Ohh that's great. And tomorrow i got to wake up at early of morning at 5.30 am. Yeah that's greater!!

What the heck am i gonna do then!! You got such a bloody precious of time to waste boy. Damn..i hate this kind of thing when it happens on me..W.A.I.T.I.N.G!! What compensation did i received? Oooh yeah..only ¥1000 coupon of free meal. Man..man i really got mentally tortured..it's tiring to wait for such a bloody long hours.
I understand sometimes flight delay might happen, but don't tell me it's going to be for 5 to 6 hours late for god sake!! Luckily i have this free internet access hence i can violently kill my extra free time...hohoho.

I hope the last thing i wish is arriving at my last destination safely without fail. God help me..

    Bon Voyage,

On trip to Malaysia for around two weeks. So you might not here from me for some time..

No wonder i love to be at Kobe very much. My ecstacy towards Kobe become greater as i even ever thought of owning a house in Kobe because i want to live here as longer as possible. Being as one of the premier major harbour in Japan, the influence of foreign cultures and artistic seem rather strong and that's something which contributes to make this elegant city such a unique moreover harmonious place for an expat like me to stay. Thank god..now i am living at the top 5 best locations in the world. Syukran..syukran jazilan.

Singapore or better known among our tribe as Singapura is undisputedly the best of its kind. Yeah i won't argue about the fact as it deserve the recognition. Eventhough i was grown up at Singa utara, but watchout..Singapore is my next target!!

Singapore's low crime rate, clean air and solid infrastructure helped the city-state top a list as the best city in the world for Asian expats to live in for the fifth year in a row, a survey showed on Wednesday.

Three Australian cities -- Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra -- took up spots in the top five while Kobe, Osaka and Tokyo in Japan made it into the top ten, according to ECA International, a human resource consultancy for multinationals.

But Singapore -- well known for its squeaky clean, safe streets -- claimed the spot as best place in the world for Asian expatriates for the fifth year running. "Singapore is consolidating its position at No 1 -- it's continuing to improve," said Lee Quane, ECA's Hong Kong-based general manager.

"I can't find another city that matches it in terms of personal security and safety. Singapore is pretty much the safest place in the world."

With more Asian expatriates being sent overseas for work, the ECA's survey can help determine suitable compensation packages and hardship allowances for expat employees.

The ECA report is based on expat surveys and country data for 254 locations globally on areas such as climate, air quality, healthcare, infrastructure and political locations. Language and proximity to home are also among the top concerns among expatriates around the world.

"Asia is improving at a far greater rate than anywhere else," Quane said, adding that cities in China and India had rapidly climbed up the rankings.

Within Asia, the gap between Singapore and Hong Kong has widened over the last five years.

"We have seen more and more companies and expatriates say they would prefer to relocate to Singapore because of the better facilities," Quane said. That's despite the fact that Singapore ranks lower than Hong Kong in terms of press freedom and recreation, he said.

The Hong Kong-Singapore rivalry is heating up as the Chinese territory's air pollution worsens, pushing it down on the global ranking list from five years ago.

The Southeast Asian city-state is working to improve its image as a place for fun and entertainment, with new restaurants and bars springing up and two multi-billion dollar casinos on the way.

Quane added that one of the most interesting findings in the survey was Macau which, thanks to heavy investments by casino resorts and a fast-growing tourism industry, had climbed to 56 in the global ranking for Asians, up from 80 just five years ago.

    Besto Regardo,

Bandaraya indah permai..Singapura, singapuraa~..Amboih dan2 rasa cam nak pi Singapore plak dah aih..syoknya kalau dapat pi nooo~. Dari Singa utara apa kata kita pindah pi Singa selatan plak aih..Baru la canggih..gerek seiii..

    Price for being home alone..

No man is an island. That's the saying which hard for me to swallow seven months ago back then. But now seems that i got to pay the price for not believing it at the first place. Heck !!

Basically it won't be any problem at all during the weekdays because..well you see i got a job which indirectly enable me to communicating among other human beings..at least i could greet them "Ohaiyo gozaimasu" at the very early morning of working time and "Osakini shitsurei shimasu" or "Otsukare samadesu" when it comes the time to log out as working time is over.

But when it's a weekend..Holy crap!! I become such an alien casted far far away in another galaxy. At one side i think..wow i am such a great lucky guy..cool man..i am tough and independent..freedommmmmm here with me!! I got such a lovely shelter to live in..my company give me a wonderful transportation so that it would take me just about 15 minutes to go working instead of 25 minutes. Well actually it's such a 2 wheels vintage mechanical bike..(yeah actually it's just an old mama-kinda bicycle..huhu crap) and furthermore i got this broadband connection 24 hours unlimited usage free of charge to at least keeping me alive by socializing with creatures from other galaxies.
However at another side of my deep heart keeps screaming and daunting.."Hey boy you got nobody..you a looserrr..nanananna~~.." There you go..now i realize there ain't such thing as ultimate freedom or independent..you can't stand living alone boy. That's nature of mankind. In arabian it'd sounds like "al-fitrah lil insaani." Haha am i right anybody? Even from Adam A.S great history shows us that man ain't an island. At least he got Eve/Hawa to accompany him up there in heaven and even after been demoted to the earth.

Boy..boy to be alone all the time means you booked the tickect to be such a lunatic. But anyway...the good news is that i am going back home again hahaha huphup hooray!! "Selamat Datang ke Malaysia..and thank you for flying with Malaysia Airlines". This time i have another business trip to Perodua for 2 weeks and gonna check in at Times Square on March 19th and checkout on 30th. So just in case you wanna see me as i am quite sure you miss me alot hahaha..just don't let this chance fade away. We can meet at Times Square or somewhere at Bukit Bintang..only during night hour because i am working during day time you credulous..but maybe we could arrange an appointment during day time on weekend..yeahh. Oh god but i don't have any contact number when be over there..holy crap!! There you go again boy......."Hey boy you got nobody..you a looserrr..nanananna~~.."

Bill Gates still top dog but rising billionaires catching up

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates is still the richest man in the world, but his lead over other entrepreneurs is narrowing, according to Forbes magazine's list of billionaires published Thursday.
Bill Gates, currently is the wealthiest human being in the universe and has been leading the billionaire's club for more than a decade. His favourite sports car is Porsche 911. His taste just like mine...i mean in terms of driving toy.
Warren Buffet dubbed as "Oracle of Omaha" due to his marvellous skills in doing investment..and for the reason his hometown and base is at Omaha. I tell you..this man really really good. Got to learn from his way of doing investment and dealing with business acquisition. He is well known as one of a few frugal billionaires who leads a simple lifestlye. He secures such a big chunk of equities through his investment holding, Berkshire Hathaway in many business entities and companies which line up from a very modest small company to several blue chip stock of companies such as Coca cola, Gilleate, and McDonalds.

Despite Gates leading the rich list for a 13th straight year with a tidy nest egg of 56 billion dollars, US investment guru Warren Buffett's personal fortune climbed to 52 billion, halving the software mogul's lead.
The list's total net worth grew 35 percent from last year to a staggering 3.5 trillion dollars, with Mexican telecoms mogul Carlos Slim Helu jumping into third place with a massive 19 billion dollar increase in his net worth.

"This growth in the billionaires list is a mere reflection of a dynamic global economy. More people are better off on this Earth than ever before," said Steve Forbes, the magazine's editor in chief, unveiling the list.

"This boom goes beyond commodities. One of the things that has facilitated this global boom, bringing hundreds of millions of people into the global economy is, of course, technology," he added.

"This is the richest year in human history."

While the 20th annual list was dominated as usual by US businessmen, Russian oligarchs and Asian entrepreneurs -- especially those from India and China -- were increasingly making their presence felt.

Some 36 Indian billionaires led by steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal now featured on the list boasting a total wealth of 191 billion dollars between them, knocking out Japan after two decades as the leading Asian power on the list.
Lakshmi Mittal, the richest Indian and once the richest man in UK owns the steel giant company. Recently have secured one of Europe biggest steel producer despite facing some obstacles and objections. He as a CEO and his son Aditya Mittal who acts as the company's president, now actively broaden their steel horizon globally through M&A activities covering every continents and region.

Japanese businessman Yoshiaki Tsutsumi, whose real estate assets once made him the richest man in the world, slid off the list all together, with Softbank chief Masayoshi Son taking the top Japanese spot with 5.8 billion dollars.

But even India's dominance would be overturned if China and Hong Kong were lumped together with their total of 41 billionaires, led respectively by Hong Kong property magnate Li Ka-shing and China's paper manufacturer Yan Cheung.

"It was a sizzling year in Asia. Both India and China saw huge gains," said Forbes associate editor Luisa Kroll, who oversaw the report. "It seems we just can't get away from billionaires."

In Europe, the most excitement came from Russia and Spain, Kroll explained, with 10 new Spanish names on the list and 19 Russian newcomers.

"The Russians are, on average, 46 years old. That's 16 years younger than the average 62-year-old billionaires," she said.

Forbes, however, urged some caution, saying some of the fortunes in the former Soviet Union did not appear sustainable in the long term.

"If there is a fall-off of commodity prices ... does it have the breadth and depth to take up the slack?" he asked of the Russian economy.

Oil kingpin and Chelsea football club owner Roman Abramovich remained the top dog in Russia with 18.7 billion dollars, with his 52 billionaire countrymen owing their fortunes mainly to oil, steel, mining and metals.

The richest woman on the list was Liliane Bettencourt, 84, of France, the daughter of L'Oreal founder Eugene Schueller, who ranked at number 12 with 20.7 billion dollars.

While the average age for the richest was 62, the youngest billionaire was a German, Albert von Thurn Und Taxis, only 23 years old, who inherited his wealth that includes 30,000 hectares (74,000 acres) of woodland. He still lives with his mother and older sisters, in a family castle in Regensburg.

Another of the youngest billionaires was entirely self-made, China's William Ding, 36, who started his company, NetEase, as an Internet portal and then shifted the focus to online gaming.

In the Middle East, Turkey emerged with the most billionaires, beating Saudi Arabia into second place and Israel into third.

Howard Schultz of Starbucks was a new entrant to the list. Former Disney chief Michael Eisner also made his debut, thanks mostly to his rising stock in the company.

Other familiar faces were Google executives Larry Page and Sergey Brin, now worth 16.6 billion dollars each, Dell founder Michael Dell worth 15.8 billion and former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi with 11.8 billion.

Google's rise was emblematic of the rapid growth in fortunes of more than just a handful of entrepreneurs in recent years.

"In the last five years ... despite all the turmoil in the world, all the conflict in the world, the global economy in real terms expanded over 25 percent. Never in history has there been such an advance," said Steve Forbes.

    Besto Regardo,

I don't want to be a billionaire for sure. It's just decently adequate for me to be a..hmmm yeah..to be somebody as what god has bestowed over me.
"Sekiranya kita semakin mengejar dunia, maka semakin lajulah dunia akan lari daripada kita. Sebaliknya semakin bersyukur kita kepada Ilahi dengan berusaha bersungguh-sungguh bersama cekal di atas apa yang telah Dia sediakan di hadapan kita, maka semakin lajulah dunia mengejar kita."

Aku Seorang CEO.... & kue tiaw goreng

Guyz i got this from my buddy..I personally think that it's such an interesting life story with deep meaning. For your perusal and something to ponder about..what on earth makes me think of not to share this with all of you?...nothing at all..So enjoy..

    Islam itu indah.............................

Assalamualaikum. Ingin aku ceritakan sedikit tentang kisah hidup aku.

terbit, Jepun. Aku mengambil jurusan Kejuruteraan... dalam masa beberapa tahun disana aku fasih bertutur dalam bahasa Jepun.

Selepas bertungkus-lumus hampir 5 tahun akhirnya aku berjaya mendapat segulung Ijazah.

Segalanya kucar kacir. Pelajaran mereka pun entah kemana... Aku terlalu sibuk di pejabat. Meeting sana sini. Lunch pun nak meeting.... main golf pun bincang pasal kerja.... dinner pun meeting lagi!!!!... sampai tiada masa untuk bersolat!! Setiap
pagi aku kena periksa segala lapuran-lapuran eksekutif aku... sebelah petang kena buat report pada Board of Directors. Sembahyang 5 waktu aku tunggang terbalik.... kekadang buat...kekadang terlupa... Masyaallah!!!! Aku mungkin kaya... tetapi jiwa aku kosong... kadang kala jiwa aku tertekan!!! Bila aku pulang ke rumah lewat
malam aku bersolat.... aku menangis... aku memohon doa kepada Allah semoga diberikan ketenangan jiwa. Semoga keluarga ku bersatu kembali.

Selang seminggu aku bernekad...!!!! Aku telah meletakkan jawatan ku sebagai CEO. Aku tinggalkan gaji aku sebanyak RM38K sebulan dan aku pulangkan kesemua kereta-kereta mewahku pada syarikat.

Keluarga ku terkejut. Isteriku menangis.... tetapi bukan menangis marahkan aku meninggalkan jawatan sebagai CEO... tetapi menangis kerana gembira...mereka gembira akhirnya aku kembali kepada mereka..!!!

Aku beritahu mereka aku ingin berniaga sendiri. Buka gerai jual Kuew Tiaw Goreng..!!!!

Hari pertama berniaga aku mendapat untung RM170.00 sehari. Berniaga dari jam 4 petang hingga 10 malam. Hari Kedua dapat RM 120.00 sehari. Hari ketiga dapat RM220.00 sehari.... Alhamdulillah.

Kini aku bersenang lenang bersama-sama keluarga ku. Setiap bulan kami bercuti bersama.

    Alhamdulillah.

    Besto Regardo,

Wow..but I want to be both as CEO and Keow Teow goreng businessman..i like keow teow..Ok got to chow..it's cooking time for my dinner tonight.

The diaspora has spread beyond Silicon Valley.

Indian-born executives have in recent years taken the reins at some of the world's biggest companies. Arun Sarin, a native of Madhya Pradesh in central India, is CEO of Britain's Vodafone. Three months ago, Indra Nooyi was named CEO of PepsiCo after serving five years as the U.S. beverage giant's CFO. Indians have credibility as managers, says Hemant Luthra, head of the Systems & Automotive Technologies division at Indian car-and-tractor manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra. This was not always so. Luthra remembers visiting Hong Kong in 1991 when India's government was close to bankruptcy. "I had $100 in my pocket and if I went into a watch shop the salesmen would instantly show me the cheapest watches just because I was Indian," he says.

Three years ago, Mahindra tried to buy Finland's biggest tractor company. Luthra says Finnish newspapers ran stories "asking how dare an Indian look at buying Finland's crown jewels?" But those things don't happen to him anymore, he says. "When we go and talk to these people in Germany or the U.K., it's a given that we're professional managers capable of running a huge business," says Luthra, who last month was juggling the final details of four separate acquisitions. "My biggest problem is finding the bandwidth to look at all the opportunities that come across my desk every day."

India's economic and business bandwidth is likely to continue growing. Take Essel Propack. The toothpaste-tube maker has begun to diversify in more profitable markets by buying a British company that makes packaging for upscale cosmetics and toiletries, and a U.S. company that makes medical products like catheters and esophageal balloons. "We'll keep looking for the right opportunities," says Essel Propack's managing director Ashok Goel. "And when we see something we like, we'll go for it." As Indian companies following that same script continue to expand overseas, in the future we'll be buying more than toothpaste tubes stamped "Made in India."

Richest Malay in the town..check it out !!

Do you know who are those among the richest malay in Malaysia. Now i am gonna tell you. Kindly refer to the list hereunder. These lucky persons are included into the special selection of Malaysia's 40 richest, which is compiled by Forbes recently. The figures in bracket ( ) implify their position in the top 40 list and the values of their assets tell us in US Dollar. But anyway as the moment i checked the exchange rate is $1 USD = RM 3.5. So you just sum up the figure and then it will apparently comes to your head of how much these people keep in their ample coffer.

However to me, the list is quite arguementable as some of those who are openly well known as the multi billionaires are not into the list. I really curious and doubt on what basis did Forbes regulate the research as far as i've known the richest self-made malay is not Syed Mokhtar Albukhary. And this is the man who since the old days until now, i believe the bloody richest self made malay in Malaysia.
I really mean it..he is the man. Currently the former finance minister (he holded the position twice; 1st in late 80's and 2nd time in 90's) owns the investment bank in Africa region. It was said that he was the first Malay who succesfully ventured into the property development at the period when the industry was monopolized by only one race. The first project which was a token of his victory is Taman Maluri in KL. Since then, Tun Daim bacame among the big player as the property developer around Klang Valley. He was a major share holder of UEP, which is currently known as Sime-UEP which develop the town of Subang Jaya.

Graduated from the prestigous Lincoln's Inn as a lawyer, Tun Daim was already a multi millionaire prior to become a minister in government. He ventured into many business opportunities and owned big sums of stakes in several banking. Perhaps during his tenure in goverment, he could catapult his wealth up to what it is nowadays...hehe well i don't know..i just guess. However there were also some buzz that he was a man behind the scene of many big corporations and Tan Sri Halim Saad (ex-Renong), Tan Sri Tajuddin Ramli (ex-MAS & TRI-Celcom), Tan Sri Shamsuddin (Sapura) and several more were his proxies.
  • Well to know more of Tun Daim stories and his successful profiles
